Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Domestic Logistics, Timelines & Handling Standards
Nordwell Commerce LLC distributes products across the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy outlines our fulfillment methods, standard handling timelines, and delivery expectations.
1. Fulfillment Channels
Depending on the product vertical, marketplace channel, and velocity, orders are fulfilled through:
- Marketplace Fulfillment Networks: Distributed inventory placed within fulfillment centers (including Amazon Fulfillment Networks) providing standard, expedited, and next-day delivery options.
- Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Hubs: Centralized warehouse facilities managing regional freight and parcel distribution via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express).
2. Processing & Handling Times
Standard order processing for in-stock retail marketplace purchases is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Wholesale and bulk commercial freight shipments are coordinated on specific lead times confirmed upon purchase order execution.
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Automated carrier tracking numbers are generated and linked to each shipment upon dispatch. Customers receive real-time carrier tracking links enabling shipment monitoring from origin to point of delivery.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that an order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, customers should notify our support team or initiate a claim through the respective purchasing platform within seven (7) days of the estimated delivery date.
5. Wholesale Freight Deliveries (LTL / FTL)
For commercial wholesale partners receiving palletized freight: consignees are responsible for receiving freight at designated loading docks or arranging liftgate services in advance. Bill of Lading (BOL) signatures confirm initial receipt.
